 Cheap, central location, nothing more, nothing less. Nov 20, 2008
For this money (less than 30 euro per room per night), this hotel just is a fine deal. I read some horrorstories about the place but I must say I don't agree with those. Yes, the rooms are quite small, you won't get clean towels every day, and the rooms could be cleaner. But hey, you're in Iceland, you shouldn't be spending time in your hotel anyway except for sleeping and showering.
The location is perfect, the beds are fine (maybe some would like a softer matress), there's a hot shower, what else do you need? Recommended for those on a budget, and/or those with not too many demands.  Part of the Iceland november 2008 travel blog
