Another delightful little cafe in Los Feliz - which seems to have a treasure trove of these type of places. Here you are transported into France (if you can ignore the loud nearby traffic) while sitted in the quaint and lovely patio. The servers (all French) are very attentive and professional. Most importantly is the delightful brunch menu - a well-thought out and edited menu ranging from the sweet (think crepes, pancakes) to the savory (steak with poached egg and croissant, charcuterie, burger with gruyere and mushrooms). There is also a nice variety of appertifs and wines.
On my first visit here, I had the filet mignon with poached egg and croissant - perfectly sized for brunch (not too big, not too small), perfectly cooked and plain yummy. My friend had the same, and as we were both delighted, we agreed to come back and try it again some other time. We hear the burger is amazing, and I have to try the pancakes next time!
Parking can be a bit hard to find - they do have a lot behind the restaurant, but the entrance to the lot is not that obvious. There's also street parking nearby.
