Mercure Paris Porte de Versailles Expo Vanves Reviews
May 25, 2005
There was something about this modern hotel that made it seem as far away from Paris as one could imagine. There was lots of street work and detours all around the front. The large lobby with restaurant to one side and loads of glass made it seem light and clean, but our room took hours to get cleaned after we arrived. It was dark and felt closed in. We opened the window to see our view, but unless we leaned well out and turned as much as possible we could finally see the Eiffel Tower. Other than that we saw what looked like warehouses and parking lots. This was far from the best hotel of our tour and we felt it barely rated a satisfactory.
