Barossa Valley view @ Mengler's Hill Lookout Feb 04, 2011
While you are visiting the Barossa Valley and its charming little towns, it's a must to stop at least at one of the several lookouts in the valley.
This one is located between Tanunda and Angaston. Once you reach the top, you will get an amazing view of the valley with its vineyards, hills and farms. There's a map which will help you getting orientated in the valley, very helpful.
In this park you will also find some huge sculptures made by artists using the local marble and black granite.
Furthermore, entrance is free! The downside is that you need a car to reach it.
