32 states in the US and 8 in Canada. Travelled Canada and the USA from coast to coast within five months. Travelled mostly by train, sometimes by coach. In total 33.000 km (20.000 miles). Started and ended in Toronto. Some other highlights: Montreal, Quebec, New York, Philadelpia, Chicago, Miami, New Orleans, El Paso, LA, San Fran, Yosemite, Death Valley, Vegas, Vancouver, Jasper. Experienced temperatures varying from minus 25 degrees Celsius to +30 degrees Celsius. Only shot 6000 pictures.

In the morning we drive to grace land. Incredibly expenisve to go in and the fact that we had to take a bus just to cross the road. Intresting inside, Elvis had incredibly bad taste as did everyone in the 60s and 70s. We also appeared to be the only ones under 50 there. 

We stopped in Memphis, TN for a little while and I was able to get out and stretch my legs. Being in a sleeper room is nice, but I miss being able to talk to other passengers. our day in memphis was dedicated to visiting Graceland, the home of Elvis. You can get a tour of his mansion, see his planes, and tour his garage. this city is a little more quiter on a sunday night. but still a good experience.

Whats a trip to Egypt with out a layover in Memphis? Well, I had never been to Graceland, so I decided what better time to go. So from Elvis memorablia to the canals of Amsterdam and finally to Egypt, it was an amazing trip form beginning to end.

I'm about to start a 4,000+ roadtrip across the USA, starting in Aventura, Florida, and ending up in San Francisco, California! My mom is joining me for the ride in my '94 BMW 325i, which already has about 184K miles! We stayed the night at an inn, sleeping for 6 hours and then going back on the road. Passing through Tennessee was like flipping the pages of a photography book on natural America. No cops pulled us over even though we were hauling ass.

Road trip! Today we drove 630 miles from Charlotte to Memphis, TN. Our final destination is San Fran to get stuff set up for the cyclists' orientation.
