Difficult staffs... May 30, 2009
Staying at this hotel for some days on my business trip to Jogjakarta. Lucky I had an executive floor cos I felt not well so I needed a nice place to stay with a reasonable price especially on peak season of holiday where most hotels in town were full. Unfortunately, tho I had a good price for my room, I didn't find that the service of the staffs were good if I see that it's a part of Sol Melia chain hotel (5 stars hotel????)...It was very surprising to hear a staff answer on the phone complaining that she was busy so that she had to be a phone operator on that day in answering my request for an important thing. I was too weak to protest it so I just ignored it. It's just a pity that a famous hotel can have such staff not yet the uninformative staff on business centre...mmmmmmmmmmmm...
