The Medieval Fair is an annual event in Norman, OK, right by the University of Oklahoma campus. The fair comes every year during the first weekend of April (Friday thru Saturday). I've been many times and I always enjoy myself. It's free to get in. There are plenty of vendors set up so you can buy things and there are plenty of shows and entertainment to enjoy. Many people dress up in medieval attire, but you don't need to (unless you want to.) There is also lots of food and carnival rides and games. Bring the whole family...even the dog!

FYI...springtime weather in Oklahoma is very unpredictable. Be prepared for anything.
