We went with friends to Abkhazia the year. All 10 people were seriously ill. Vacation was ruined. This staff was on the whole coast, hospitals were overflowing.

Not to spoil your vacation in Abkhazia you should plan what drugs, pills etc you are taking with you beforehead.

In small villages there is no possibility to visit pharmacy, while in this climate and living conditions there is a possibility to get serious ilnesses.

Here is the list of parts of the body (3 points) you should take care about)):

1. Stomach and bowels.

That's a good idea to start drinking special protective bacterias for your stomach beforehand, to improve imune sistem.

Take a medicine for diarrhea, nausea, heartburn. I also recommend taking broad-spectrum antibiotics.

Never drink tap water, buy only the branded, bottled water. Do not take drinks with ice, do not drink tea at restaurants. It will also help to protect your stomach.

2. Throat, nose and lungs.

Be sure to take medications on the temperature, antibiotics, vitamin C, the proceeds from a sore throat (local does not work at all).

Do not wash your nose with sea water! This year, we were told that this was a major mistake - a very warm sea breed viruses + in some places in the sea put down drains.

3. Limb.

Cut yourself here is very simple, and the rules of hygiene are observed rarely. So it's good to always have with me the patch and something for disinfection.

First aid kit is serious. Take it properly. take drugs in large quantities. If you do not get sick - excellent. But if something happen it's better to have all the pills in large quantities, which is enough for treatment.
