Little McCall isn’t so little anymore. These days this old logging community is now a booming resort town nestled in Valley County, Idaho. McCall was named after it’s founder , Tom McCall and still holds a lot of the old histroy of the past. Located in the Payette National Forest, McCall is 100 miles north of Boise, accessed by state highway 55. McCall is known well for it’s perfect summer temperature for swimming in the lake (Beautiful Payette Lake) as well as the snowfilled winter months which allows forskiing on the Ski hill located right near downtown, Brundage Mountain Resort. The resort town is known for its Winter Carnival, extended winters, and the highest average snowfall in the state.
McCall is truly a great place to visit and relax, or play! :)

I was so happy to be in snow since in Boise we don’t get snow like the Mountains. The snow here in McCall is ridiculous, there’s so much of it…everywhere. I thought Diesel would enjoy the snow, but I didn’t think he’d go crazy, he bounds back and forth leaping through the snow, he LOVES it. I have boots for him because I don’t want his little (actually they’re huge) feet to get cold and also, they get all cut up and bloody from the snow if he’s not wearing the boots. He wears ...

I am genuinely grateful
I am alive to give you greetings,
This is a
somewhat different update, but an update nonetheless. I almost died on Tuesday May 8 of 2007 due to
