Ah, The Flagship. It's $300 a night so you assume that it's really nice there. You get what you pay for and everything, right?! WRONG.
Outside our room there was an ice machine that was leaking onto the carpet. The swimming pool is dirty and is more like a swamp. The water is greeny brown and has scum round the outside. There are hairs and miscellaneous muck floating in the pool too. At night I shared a room with my two young sisters and was terrified when I heard loud men outside the door shouting in their drunkenness late at night. At breakfast my brother was ill and was sick on the carpet. On telling the staff for a glass of water (which we weren't allowed until we were interrogated about why we needed it) a woman came to see my brother, saw that he'd been sick, shrugged, and walked away. I suspect the stain is on the carpet still. In conclusion DON'T go here. Please. Do not waste your time and money!! |
