Tonight is the last time I'll be on the East Coast for awhile, I wanted to have several shots to remember the Atlantic Ocean by... Patrick when boarding, but the wind made the water too cold for me to get in...that makes the trip to Hawai'i all that more exciting...

A few us went out early to stay in New York for a few days to see the usual sights. I took the chance to see my cousins in New Jersey as well (taking the subway and bus on my own!). Then we met up with the others in Baltimore and stayed at Towson University for 3 weeks. During this time, we visited West Virginia and Washington.

Friends going to Bonnaroo.
posted by:
May 07, 2008 - Jun 16, 2008
Of all the cool things to do at the Bonnaroo here are some things that I wished that I had been able to do and will do next year:Silent Disco! A room with a ton of wireless headphones and a DJ mixing techno live, with tons of people dancing. All the people on the outside see people inside doing crazy dancing, but they can't hear the beats. The disco opens around 4pm and stays open till about 5am, but we never were able to make room to check it out. Bonnaroo Cinema. They played all kinds of mo…

The Day in Baltimore
posted by:
Jun 05, 2008 - Jun 11, 2008
Today we finally had a day not devoted to travelling or seeing family. Awesome! We started Baltimore with the Hard Rock Cafe, as this is the HRC East Coast Tour 2008. We had to go back later in the day because we didn't want to spend all of the aquarium money, but we got an idea of what we wanted. The Baltimore HRC was ok, not an amazing store (we didn't look inside the restaurant to be fair) but thinking about it, it was pretty standard in comparison to other stores. Then we went to …

Leaving for Jackson Hole
posted by:
Mar 04, 2008 - Mar 07, 2008
All of us were totally pumped about going to Jackson Hole. That day in school was a joke. We left early and drove to the airport, nothing went wrong. We had a 2:43 pm flight from BWI to Denver. Due to a malfunction in the weather radar, we were delayed 2 hours, and they had to drive the part up from Washington/Dulles Int'l. At this point we are cutting it close to missing our connecting flight from Denver to Jackson Hole. We're not thrilled, but we think we can make it. Time passes, and …

Ive got to get the hell out of here; its COLD HERE (inside and outside)!

y (that's a photo of my frozen pond in my back yard)! Thailand will be the first place traveling alone out of the country. I’ve gone many places within the US alone and find it’s a lonely experience. Things seem to be a bit more fun provided you have equal spirits traveling together.   I’m in the medical field by trade but began buying and selling little knick knacks turning this into my new job.  I'm seeking to remove my middle man and pay for my trip with t…

Pit Stop to get Amanda
posted by:
Aug 06, 2007 - Aug 11, 2007
We have to stop in Baltimore again to drop Amanda off, and instead of going home the way we came, Scott decides to go a different route...don't ask me what it was...I don't remember! It was all I could do to stay awake and on the road! Anyway, Scott is feeling worse and worse, so by the time we stop for dinner, at like 10PM, he is out of it. We eat at IHOP and Heather takes over for him, and I make Taylor sleep so he can drive later. We are not on the road long after dinner when Rach calls …

Municipal Stadium
posted by:
Aug 28, 2005 - Jun 28, 2008
Municipal Stadium is home to the Hagerstown Suns, a single-A minor league baseball team that is an affiliate of the Washington Nationals.  Every year, my school takes our students for Education Day.  The kids enjoy the day at the ballpark eating junk food and talking to their friends more than they enjoy the game, but it’s a great opportunity to go out and enjoy some spring sunshine.    History of the stadium (according to www.hagerstownsuns.com): ·   …
