This was a very nice hotel and the doorman/concierge, Marty Lucker, was the friendliest, most helpful I've ever encountered. This guy obviously loves his work and welcomes guests as if into his own home. Marty recommended our itinerary for each day and restaurants each evening. Every one was a home run.

Our disappointment with the hotel was based on our erroneous understanding that it was a resort and it is most definitely not. It's next to the highway, is surrounded by commercial buildings and has a pool not much larger than my own, surrounded by a small apron of concrete and a concrete wall. There is no food or bar service at the pool.

However, it's well maintained and in a good location.
