Marriott Courtyourd City Center - Munich Travel Reviews

Aug 11, 2007
This hotel has a lot of things going for it. If you are arriving in Munich by train, it is very convenient to main train station - less than 5 minutes walk. It is also within fairly easy walking distance of the main sights in the city center - Karlsplatz (less than 5 minutes) and Marienplatz (15 - 20 minutes). It is a Marriott Courtyard so you know exactly what to expect. The staff were friendly, helpful, all spoke English. Some reviews have noted that the hotel, being near the train station, is in a somewhat "seedy" area but we never felt unsafe or uncomfortable walking in or around the area.
