Well, this is my first blog so, hope to show you some highlights of my travel. I did this travel on April 2004 with my BMW R 1150 GS with 7 friends. The travel was from Barcelona to Almeria. There we tooked Ferry Marroc to Nador and we expend only nights on each stop and traveled all days to the next stop. Nador, Missour, Er Rachidia, Zagora, Merzouga, Ait Ben Haddou, Marrakech, Fez and Nador again. Amazing travel. 13 days long.

We arrived in Marrakech after a flight from Gatwick about 11am local time. After being horribly conned by taximen who wouldn't negotiate price at all (as they were all in it together) we ended up paying €15 for a damn taxi less than 10 miles. We arrived at the Riad, which looked in a fairly dodgy…

An adventure into the fantastic world of Western Morocco! The smells, the sounds, the sights, the heat and bustle of the souks, the bartering, the carriage rides, the heat of Northern Africa! It can only be good times in Marrakesh (especially if the person you're travelling with is more organised than the SAS!)
