Marqueses Boutique Hotel Cusco Reviews
Cosy, friendly, pretty hotel Nov 20, 2010
This is a lovely hotel and the staff are great - from Reception through to the Breakfast/Bar, Portering and Housekeeping. There are two pretty and tranquil courtyards (with free wi-fi) and it's a few minutes' walk to the main square. There's a cashpoint (with no withdrawal fees) next-door and the hotel is affiliated to a tour agency who can sort you out for various trips once you're there. The bathrooms have a shower only (not a problem - just mentioning it in case you're a relaxing bath type!). The restaurant serves breakfast only - again not a problem as there are tonnes of restaurants to enjoy. If you have spare items (clothing, medical supplies, etc) at the end of your trip - donate them to the hotel as they support a charity for homeless kids (who get to have a playday onsite every Saturday morning). All good stuff. We like!
