Poorly Located Hostel Nov 07, 2009
While I was dissapointed that this hostel was far away from all the shopping, I was thrilled with the service. The staff was more than helpful, they went out of their way to make sure my stay was enjoyable, they had complimentary airport pickup, and they sent me a friendly and detailed email a few days before my flight to remind me of my reservation, and to answer any questions I might have. The rooms are cozy, very stylish, the place definitely reminds me of a boutique, with very stylish and feng shui settings. Most of the ammenities appear to be brand new, and there is a complimentary breakfast bar every morning, 24 hour room service, and taxi/limousine services.
