Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort

If you're not afraid to drop some serious cash for a long weekend or vacation in Florida, don't hesitate to book a room at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort in Marco Island, FL. This Marriott is a gorgeous hotel with multiples restaurants/bars and a fabulous location right on the Gulf of Mexico. The view from the balcony is wonderful if you're waiting for the sun to set. The bar by the main pool also enjoys a little sunset celebration every evening when the sun is about to go down (think a lot of Kenny Chesney and Jimmy Buffet songs). The hotel is on the resort side of Marco Island but there are other restaurants, shops, cinemas, etc. within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are by far the best I have ever stayed in. Everything was cleaned on a daily basis and each room offered up fridges, safes, robes, and plenty of storage room. Unless I'm wrong, every room had a balcony. Also, there are certain rooms that attach together to form a suite. We had our whole family of 7 there and utilized three rooms which the turned into one huge suite with plenty of doors for privacy! The hotel had many activities on a daily basis including sandcastle contests, tennis tournaments, water sports, etc. The beach also had chairs available for no fee! You could rent water trampolines, sail boats, etc. for nominal fees as well. Basically, the Marriott at Marco Island had it all!!
