The restaurant located near Copenhagen town hall on the ground floor of hotel d’Angleterre. The hotel just recently open after a very long renovation.

The restaurant looks very classy and expensive from inside and outside, with soft carpets, stone and wood interior design, however the food price is very reasonable compare with other restaurants in town with Michelin award stars.

The Restaurant head chef is twice Michelin-awarded Ronny Emborg’s who previously work at AOC restaurant. Marchal was awarded Michelin-star in March 2014. The cuisine is inspired by the Nordic and French classics with a twist.

We have their special three course meals lunch with a chef choice and since I did not eat beef, the chef substitute my food with fish. The presentation of the food was beautiful and taste delicious with substantial quantity for light lunch. The service was exceptional, very polite, prompt and top notch.

I highly recommend this restaurant if you visit Copenhagen.
