A Great Memento of the Past Aug 12, 2013
Just imagine, entering a century old ancestral house where a great people had once lived. Yes, it was at this humble house where the sewer of the Philippine flag, the late Marcela Marino de Agoncillo had then dwelled. Like other heritage houses in Taal, this ancestral house-turned- museum was already handed over to the national heritage commission and is now under the custody of the government. So nice to note that everything in this house was carefully preserved and properly taken care of up to this time. The caretaker must be patient enough to handle these precious assets. Though entrance is free, pledge of any amount is much appreciated but is not required.
