Maracas Bay Vacation Guide
Maracas Bay is undoubtedly one of the "must visits" in Trinidad. After driving over the winding roads, overlooking plunging mountiainsides, one descends on the beach that immediately leaves an impression. While the beach is nice, what makes a true "lime" (Trini expression for going out and socializing with a group of firends) at Maracas Bay are the people, food (the famous Bake and Shark in particular), the blasting music and the fresh sea breeze against one's face.
It is a place where the key aspects of Trini culture are merged into a one pleasureful experience - the love for partying, music, food and the beach!
