Manorom Boutique Hotel is the a centrally located hotel in Vientiane City, and is beside the International Culture Hall. It is also about five minutes walk away from the bus terminal at the national stadium area, which makes it convenient for a base to launch trips to the northern part of Laos.

Manorom Boutique Hotel has about 20 rooms, with the ones on the higher floors having a good view of Vientiane. Their breakfast is served on the top floor which has an almost 360 degree view of the surrounding areas.

Not all of their front desk staff are fluent in English, so one has to be patient to find the best person to talk to and ask questions. They have a fairly sized lobby where people can wait - during the time we were there they had a sort of altar for offering during the Chinese New Year celebration.

The rooms are reasonably sized, bathroom is adequate with enough water pressure and hot water. Most rooms have a small balcony where you can view portions of the city if you are situated on a higher floor.

There is a safe in the room and they provided complimentary bottled water.

Overall this hotel is a good recommendation as it is not too expensive and its location is good for taking a stroll into the city at night or a quick hop to the bus terminal.

You can return to a Palace of your own for a very affordable price! Manorom Boutique Hotel has put service above all the rest ensuring all staff , to provide that ‘Luxury’ feeling at an affordable price, making it suitable for anybody looking to experience hospitality!

Decent boutique hotel Feb 17, 2015
We spent 1 night at this guesthouse. There is an elevator available. The staff are friendly and helpful though most have limited English. There is free wifi available though it is not the greatest. The lobby has nice sitting areas.

Our room is smaller, but comfortable and clean. Bathroom has no shower partition so does get wet. I was only able to get lukewarm water for a shower with ok water pressure. 1 towel per bed is provided, no hand towels.

Breakfast has a small selection of items, but does include bacon, eggs, porridge of sorts, coffee, tea, and juice. Dining area is on top floor and is quite pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
