Mano Guru

This restaurant is wonderful and unique. It is staffed by reformed drug addicts. We were a little skeptical, but hungry and wanted fresh vegetable. Because the menu was full of salads we thought we would have a starter and then go to another place for a main course. That was not necessary! They server salads that will satisfy even a large appetite. They are interesting and fresh combinations. You will find a large variety of fresh fruits and vegetables. There is no alcohol served, but you will not miss it. They have a variety of teas, coffee, and soft drinks. We even ventured into the desert area. We normally have issues finding a great chocolate desert in Europe. This was the exception. The deserts were fresh and fabulous.

The décor is very tasteful and minimalist and comfortable. The wait staff was very accommodating and did a great job. We will definitely go back to this jewel of restaurant when we go back to Vilnius.
