After I have met my girlfriend (now my wife) through the internet, I went to the Philippines to meet her and her family.

My girlfriend and good friend plan to travel from Beijing, China to Bangkok, Thailand overland. We will travel through Laos to get to our final destination. We will take a train from Beijing to Kunming in the south of China, and then travel by bus onto Laos.

We spent most of the flight chatting with a Korean lady teacher, ecstatic from a holiday in Boracay.  On my small notebook, she wrote down for me in Hangeul: “Please give us 3 Gyo tong (pass cards)”. The stored value subway tickets cost 5,000 won each. There were many Korean holiday-makers…

That's the kind of romance that would leave you asking for more, then it would later on stick in your mind as the side effect wears off and just smile to yourself as you remember how ecstatic it has made you.;) 6 countries in 30 days - this limited time is not enough to see the wonders of these places and I know I didn't give them justice by only stopping by for a while but I'll definitely go back...I badly want to go back soon :)
