Shopping is mainly a hobby for people, especially women. They would always try to fit in the fashion society or if not, try to just have a unique style of their own.

In Manila, there are a lot of cheap things found in bazaars and market stores. Examples are Greenhills Shopping Center, Divisoria, and Quiapo. In Greenhills Shopping Center, it has lots of muslim merchants who sell pearl necklaces for a very affordable price. Shoppers could even haggle or ask for the last price. Same goes with Divisoria and Quiapo. But in Divisoria, they could buy wholesale packs. They'd definitely enjoy having bought so many things at the end of the day.

If there are stores of cheap items, of course there are also stores that sell expensive items. Most of the malls in Manila like ShoeMart (SM Department Store), Glorietta, Greenbelt 3&4, Shangrila Plaza, Powerplant, etc. have designer/brand stores. Well, people from other countries like Korea and USA mostly go to these malls because the designer/brand stores sells much cheaper items than in their own country. Manila is definitely a center of shopping.

Whether people shop for cheap or expensive goods, Manila will always give you a good bargain for both. It's also gradually becoming a hotspot for designers to showcase their creations. It's already making its place in the international fashion society.
