love it or hate it Dec 06, 2012
Love it or hate it, that is Manhattan!

Full of color, billboards, Broadway signs and the everyday hustle and bustle of a big city.

You never feel too small in Manhattan as the city invites you to forget everything else and just wonder around exploring the amazing stores, restaurants, bars, and (few) monuments.

As the entry gate for millions of immigrants in the past, chancing the American dream and the land of prosperity, this city makes you believe everything is possible.

If you want to experience the world then visit New York. New York has the mentality that the entire world revolves around this city, And I totally agree.

I fell in love with New York from the moment I arrived and step out-side the Port Authority terminal. It's what I think every city should be.

I went to New York city a couple of years ago and it was very beautiful. Things you should see there are, The 'moma', The empire state building, Broadway ofcourse, Greenwich village, Chinatown, 9/11 memorial place and the area where you can shop. Manhattan is quite big, but it's very beautiful. You should take the ferry to Staten Island and then you come across the statue of libarty, but you should do this late at night, because then if you come back you can see Manhattan at night, which is so beautiful. Manhattan is very expensive though, but there are some good shops where you can buy many good, cheap stuff. If you want to be in a quiet place, you should go to Greenwich village (I think it's uptown) and for more touristic place, you should go downtown (Empire state building). Manhattan is expensive, but worth the while.
