Mandurah Foreshore Reviews
Dolphins on Mandurah Foreshore Jan 28, 2010
I love the Mandurah Foreshore, its a great place with beautiful waterways and wildlife.
you can often see dolphins in the estuary, which is a pretty special experience, even as a local you never take it for granted :)
There are some great little resturants and coffee shops on the foreshore as well as some a pubs and clubs which are mainly busy/open on Thurs, Fri & Saturday
A lot of people come down to mandurah and have fish and chips on the foreshore, take a walk around, enjoy the sights, the bridges, the war memorial, Kings Carnival, Venetian Canals and the amazing homes on them.
Mandurah Quay, which is just a 5-10min walk from the City Centre is a great little place to do some shopping, get a bite to eat or use the protected beach.
just a short walk from the foreshore, you will see a beautiful glass building, which is the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre where you can watch a lot of local and international talent.
There is also a lovely little museum that showcases some very unique historical artifacts and oral histories :)
i love the relaxed, family friendly atmosphere that exudes it's holiday town charm :)
