Affordable Luxury Hotel in Hong Kong Dec 15, 2010
Probably the best hotel in Hong Kong. The location is right in the middle of Central giving easy access to IFC/ shops/ businesses and restaurants.

The standard and quality of the hotel is beyond expectation and ticks all the boxes for amenities and comfort not to mention in room facilities that anyone could possibly want. The only down side is they insist on charging for in room internet which is pretty poor for a high end hotel.

Apart from that the customer service is excellent, right from check in all the way to check out. Room service, house keeping, concierge will do their utmost to accomodate you. Concierge even went to the local Watson store to purchase my favourite brand of beverage as they didnt stock it in the hotel!

All tips are greatly appreciated and they're not in your face about it but you still get a smile if you dont tip.

I've been a regular vistor here for years and always go back-despite trying other places in town.
