In the hotel Mandalay Bay there is a private sunbathing area (on top of a building next to the regular pool area) where everyone is topless.. woo hoo! :P there is a fee, and it's more expensive for men (i mean after all, what have they got to show?!).. at night, it's an actual nightclub with girl dancers, etc etc.. u do however have to stay at this hotel in order to participate in the festivities! also, this hotel is known to have the best pool *or beach rather* in all of vegas (and if u plan on going in the summer, you'll need it!!!)
