It is located right on the Vilnius beach and although it seems to be a snack bar it is quite recommendable! We had Kalnapilis for drinks, Spagetti with chicken and teriyaki salmon. Everything for 44,65 litas, which is approximately 10 Euros for 2 people! Quite amazing if you consider we had very good views, good food and local beers.
They played music from the 80s and being at 20 degrees Celsius, it was just the perfect place to get a tan! You can eat indoors or outdoors, although if you get lucky and it is sunny, it is preferable to eat outside.  Part of the Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland travel blog

We ate at Mambo pizza (I am attaching a review). By
the way, people eat from 12h-14h and have dinner around 7-8pm! And if you want
a good local beer you can choose between Svyturys Ekstra and Kalnapilis, both
are quite good.
