Affordable, clean and comfy place to stay in Ujung Genteng Jun 18, 2009
Dont judge book by the cover fits the description. I overlooked the place because the photo in the net wasn't that convincing. BUT you need to see yourself the place, and you know you're getting more than expected.
The people are verrry nice, the place is clean, and pretty save there. No air con and hot water (you don't need them, weather's great!), and to order food, you need to ask them in advance, or there won't be food to cook (they buy groceries based on demand.) But,,cold beers are ready to serve from their fridge. Remember to order their 'Ikan Kakap Merah Bakar'!!! Ummhhhh, c'est magnificent!!

I am one of those who loves to find these hidden beaches not many knows about. So when I heard about this place, I rushed to go and see the place my own.
Ujung Genteng is located in the south of Sukabumi, Java Indonesia. Many routes to go there. I …Mama's Losmen (where we stayed). To reach it, a 6 minutes boat ride (halong bay kind) is ready by the river mouth. A boat for 10 people costs 70.000idr. The waterfall is a three series, 10 stories high.
