Mama Rosa's @ Strøget, Copenhagen Reviews
Sep 03, 2007
Mama Rosa's - A cosy tex-mex restaurant near the shopping street. Heard it is the most famous "Latin restaurant on Strøget". Well-established with a nice atmosphere.
Went there after million miles walks. It was cold and we were all frezeeing. It offers smoking (outdoor) and non-smoking area (indoor). None of us somoking, so we teneded to fina a table in there. OMG, first stepped in. It's quite a small place and was pretty crowed. We walk through all 3 floors but still not able to fina a table. So, we be seated outdoor. (it was windy and we were freezeing)
Ordered and food didn't take too long that coming one by one. We ordered: Nachos (which is the best I ever had), Salsa (which coming with different sauces ranging from gentle to hazardous on the hot spices scale. It was nice!!), Fajita (which is sliced chicken (beef is other option), spiced with chili and served with guacamole, spring onions, beans and warm tortillas. Taste fantastic!!1) and Chicken Fresco Salad (which is like Chicken Ceasar Salad with grilled chicken breast & lettuce, tomatoes, rocket salad, avocado, olive oil & shrimps. It taste amazing!!)
We all 4 gals have the bill with full stormach. It surprised us it only cost ard Euro$8-10 per head. It was nice and worth to try.
Heard a rumor that...if u visit Copenhagen without popping in Mama Rosa, u've never been here!!! See....how it sinificant to all of us, tourists?
