Sep 29, 2006 Malibu Bungalows The Malibu Bungalows in Sihanoukville, Cambodia are right off of the beach between Sokha Beach and Occheuteal Beach and are clean but somewhat spartan rooms with AC and Television (when the electricity is working…). Breakfast is included and good, served upstairs with a nice view of the ocean. The staff is nice enough but not particularly fluent or helpful. They don’t have a website but do have email for reservations. Rooms are $35-$40 per night, longer stays are negotiable. There are lots of close options for dining as they do not serve anything but breakfast with Eden (next door to the left) and Coasters (next door to the right) both being good options for a cocktail and a meal. …checking out our original planned place called Coasters and finding it lacking in the cleanliness department, Cindy opted for the Malibu Bungalows, a "splurge" place according to the Lonely Planet guide. It was a nice relatively clean room with AC and most importantly cable TV (you will see why shortly).
