All the food seems good here ... it is pricey by Malaysian standard but you do get quality. Hygiene isn’t up to Western standards as there are some flies around. It does a roaring trade so the food should be always fresh.
Filled Croissant: Divine, lots of filling.
Assam Laksa: Noodles in…

Sun Café has a warm and casual atmosphere. The selection of dishes is splendid, both in presentation and taste. Their attention to details of fresh flowers such as frangipani on the cutlery and orchids at the table is impressive, and of course the ever friendly staff.

Dim Sum is famous in Hong Kong, the Cantonese have made this cuisine into a culture and an art form. Intricate pieces created from 'won ton' and seasoned minced meat skin together with steamed buns make the perfect accompaniment for Chinese tea. There are also a range of 'friedy' things like mince p…

If I'm not mistaken you'll find this restaurant at Lebuh Chulia street (at least that's where I think it is). Either way -> just ask around for Mustafas. They have a big green sign.If you are lucky enough to find your way to Mustafa you'll be able to eat some really good Indian food. It's pretty …

This is the place to go if you'd like to taste Malay cuisine. Its perhaps the last remaining 'kampung' or village right smack in the city. Not a very touristy place as mostly locals from all over come here to eat. Food is very affordable. There are many food stalls to choose from, although close one…

You will find so many types of food at the food court at Pavillion.
I took some photos while I was eating there.
I tried food from the Thai corner , Malay corner, Korean corner, etc. :-D
Whatever your food cravings are, you’ll probably find it there.

This is quite a unique place, I'd say. When I drove by, I had thought that it was a shop selling decorative items for the home. Then I realized that they do sell decor gifts. I had dined in the outlet at Pantai Tengah. I guess ambience is a subjective matter. The interior decoration has a Buddhist f…

I like this place.
It's a pleasure to go there whenever I'm at Centre Point.
I usually just have a drink. If I'm hungry, I'll add a kebab with Lebanese bread. They have lamb, chicken and vegetarian.
Besides that, they also serve cake, noodles, rice, etc.
Once when I was with a friend of mine…

Look for the most famous breakfast and lunch at Kuantan? The curry noodle at Hoi Yin Restaurant is definitely one of it. You will see the restaurant crowded with people since it is opened in the morning until all the noodle is sold out. Besides from noodle, you can also ask for bihun or koay teow. T…

OK - so the idea of an Oreo Milkshake might not appeal to everyone out there, but it damn well should! Secret Recipe is essentially a small cafe-style establishment which serves the typical western dishes, as well as cakes and other desserts, but also a fair amount of Asian style cuisine such as lak…

Many of you may have had or seen a Chinese "steamboat" before, which is basically cooking raw food and seafood by dipping it into boiling stock. Lok-lok is similar to this but the food is in the form of skewers and you dip it in boiling water instead. The food must then be dipped into the sauces ava…

At least, for me, it is. It’s the best Nasi Beriyani I’ve ever tasted. Yumm
Oh, my mouth is watering as I write this :P
You can eat it at Estana Curry House. They also have Nasi Beriyani near the buffet table.
But I prefer ordering it from the menu. It tastes different and the way it’s co…
