Mahmutlar is a small town since 1974 located at 8km east of Alanya,TURKEY. It has a great shore of 5 km without any cut. It has Mediterranean climate which is hot and droughty in summer and warm and rainy in winter. The tempeature is approximately 18.8 degrees celcius. The population is 20.000 in winter and 70-80.000 in summer. There are more than 3500 families from Holland, Russia, Ireland, Germany...etc staying in winter.
