Maharani Restaurant - magic cuisine of India San Francisco Reviews
Magic cuisine of India, Maharani, true to its name May 31, 2010
We went there before the concert at the Davies Symphony hall, well, it took more than 1.5 hours to eat there, so you should allow yourselves more time. Their web site had interesting pictures of their Fantasy Room, which looked really interesting and could be just what you are looking for in a romantic dinner! But we just dined in the main dining room, which has more hearts than you can count on its walls! But the food was really good. Starting off with a beer for my husband and mango lassi for me. We had an appetizer of assorted tandoori, chicken, lamb and salmon. Then it took a while for the main dishes, rack of lamb, eggplants, onion salad and cucumber raita (yogurt), and assorted naan breads to show up. Everything was super delicious. We didn't have time for dessert, but we would be going back to sample more dishes! Prices are pretty reasonable too.
Part of the list Where to eat in the bay area, California
