When we lived on Nakadomari Beach in Onna-san, Okinawa, Japan from 2003-2005, we had a clear view of Maeda Point from our balcony of our beachfront home.  Maeda Point is known for good surfing, snorkelling and scuba diving conditions, along with plentiful aquatic life.  There are numerous underwater caves to explore and colorful tropical fish to photograph.  The sunsets are also truly amazing.
