On the way to Mactan Airport, I had early dinner at Sutukil near Mactan Shrine. Seafood can be done either in three ways-- grilled, soup, or vinegar salad. While waiting for the food, I went to the Mactan Shrine. After a hearty dinner, I proceeded to the airport which paid a good price. I was able to take a picture with WBA super flyweight Rafael Concepcion who was just in front of me in the waiting line.

I finally made it back and attended the Sinulog Festival, which I'd missed two years earlier (in 2007). It was amazing how much Cebu felt like home and how little had changed, as though I'd just been there yesterday. My intended two-week visit turned into four and I still wish it could have been longer.
