From Paris we took the train to Brussels, Belgium then on to Luxemburg, spent the night then went to Germany just to say Charity had been there and then turned around and headed for The Netherlands.

Het volgende en tevens laatste plaatsje op de agenda van vandaag was Clervaux dat ondertussen al weer in Luxemburg lag. Het eerste wat we deden was een slaapplaats organiseren, en dat was gelukkig niet al te moeilijk. We moesten eerst even bijkomen op de kamer, en tevens moest het dagboek nog even…

Luxembourg was the next stop and from the second I walked off the train it felt like I was walking around in a fairy tale. The walk from the train station is a great introduction to the city and I highly recommend it for just about anyone as it really isn't far to town. The Xmas Market was in full swing and the views into the valley were amazingly beautiful, especially around sunrise and sunset. Luxembourg is truly a hidden gem and I certainly hope to return at some point in the future.

Study Abroad program Fall of 2006 to Spring of 2007. Started in China for 5 months and then went to Europe where I traveled to 15 countries and 27 cities in 4 months. WOW.

So my question is...How much of Luxembourg do you have to see to count it on your map?Of course airports don't count but what if you drive through and never get out of the car.  I count that in the USA for sure -- in fact, I think you see more than you would if you for example, left the airpor…
