Lunchbreek Zandvoort Reviews
Affordable homely feel lunchroom with great food Feb 12, 2013
When you had/have a great day at the beach in Zandvoort you really bring up an appetite and for those of us who do not enjoy eating fatty kebabs in over lit places this is the place to be.
A lovely restaurant (opens ' till 20 o' clock on Sundays)where you can enjoy your tea while reading the newspaper or chatting to the owners. Very laid back, you'll feel at home instantly. (Catering / take away are also available)
Not a very big menu but there is enough to enjoy during breakfast, lunch or early dinner. There dishes are all wonderful, unpretentious and very very tasty.
Proportions aren't the huge fast food sizes, so you won't feel like Willy who wants to be set free after your mail ;P
The menu is in dutch but the owners are happy to lend you a hand and will translate the dishes mentioned, don' forget to ask about the daily specials which you can find on the chalkboard (wonderful smoothies, soups and bread dishes)
PS just so you know, the truly delicious Fig Chutney... they sell it so don't leave without it.
