Lucy Chang Ixelles Reviews
Lucy Chang Jan 28, 2010
I went walking in my old area around Chatelain and decided to enter an Asian restaurant that I had passed by many times; Lucy Chang (Asian Grocery and noodle shop). It was lunch time but there were not many people inside having lunch, but I decided to enter anyway.
I had no problem finding a table so I took one where I had a nice view over the whole restaurant. The restaurant was warm which I really appreciated; there are so many places that are really cold when you enter.
I looked at the menu and decided for a wok dish and a Singha beer. The service was very fast; I almost had my food before a blink of an eye. My wok dish, a Beef Chow Mein, consisted of noodles, broccoli, onion, carrots, spring onions and cabbage. The dish gave a very fair value for my 11€, and it was a large portion.
The interior was kept in raw wood boards on the walls and it was simple plus nice. During the whole dinner they played soft lounge music; I heard at least one number with John Legend.
