A long and winding trip from Candidasa to Lovina where I am now...finding hotel itself makes me nuts here...no cool boutique hotels..all probably from the 80's kinda hotels...gosshhh finally after searching hotels we decided to stay at the last hotel we have to check...hummmhhh what can i say?! this one is not as good as the others...but we had to decide that we have to stay in other wise our driver will be much more cranky hahaha...I thought i'm gonna like Lovina...but yeah I think so far be...

I went to Bali in 2005! We had a stopover in Kuala Lumpur and then we had our flight to Denpasar. To our 5-star hotel in Sanur named the Bali Hyatt. A very fantastic hotel! Sanur is not such a touristic town as Kuta! Next stop for us was Ubud, the most artistic place on Bali. Also very nice. Then we went to the vulcans on the middle of the island (Kintamani and Kedisan). Singaraja and Lovina to spot some dolphines, then back to Sanur for some days to relax on the beach!

People i met here who contributed to, and improved my trip: Julia (Russia) After a long day travelling, all we were interested in was a shower and something to eat. We checked into a cheap but clean hotel and after freshening up, went in search of some grub. Everything seemed quite expensive by Indonesias standards, so we took out the Lonely Planet and had a look at what they recommended. Today was a reasonably good day/ We snorkeled in the morning, a guy from the hotel took us to a reef about 1km off shore in his little boat type thing (more like a canoe). The water was very calm and warm. There were thousands of tropical fish swimming all around us. They were encouraged by our captain throwing bread into the water. Hrmmm. It was quite a pleasant experience, until I started to feel nauseous and threw up in the water! Apparently eating my banana pancake for breakfast was...
