Yeah, I know the hamburger was invented here. Otherwise I don't think anyone would go here. They serve the hamburger on toast ... yeah white bread toast. Ok, maybe that is the way it was served when it was first introduced, but we have come a long way baby!

Louis' Lunch !
Louis' Lunch is een zeer klein hamburger restaurantje aan Crown Street in New Haven. Het "instituut" werd gesticht in 1895 door Louis Lassen, en wel in een soort martkwagen.
