After 2 straight months of working and no travel (excluding an allnighter to Vegas!) I was eager to hop aboard my non-stop Lufthansa to Frankfurt. Usually I take redeyes so I can sleep through the flight, but I was short on options. About 3 hours into the flight we experienced the worst turbulence …

Folowing the famous highway all along the coast was something I'd wanted to do. We'd flown in from Virginia, so rented a car for the road trip. We had a compact Pontiac Sunbr…

One of the best trips I have experienced was last summer in Los Angeles, CA. I was an audience member for the season premiere of "Deal or no Deal" (episode with Trump as the banker)...got a lot of face time on TV. Went to a taping of the Craig Ferguson show. Santa Monica pier was awesome. Hotel stay at the classic Safari Inn-nice place and very affordable. Of course, no trip to LA would be complete without a bus tour of the stars home and day at Universal Studios. ****Four Stars-no doubt!

I went to los angeles california in april for 5 days. I LOVE hollywood! I would live there in a second! I almost cried when I had to leave. It didn't even get dark at night! it was like 3am and the sky was orange..I couldn't see one star..when it rained it was still hot enough to wair a skirt!. Horseback riding on hollywood hill was by FAR the highlight. California is beautiful.

So today I ventured out early trying LA bus routes. They worked fine it just took a long time to make it to my final destination, Wilshire Blvd. I suggest taking the Metro if you are close to one... the busses take way longer and aren't as comfortable. You can also avoid sketchy b…
