The W Westwood Hotel is quintissential LA, but it does it very well. I've stayed at several of the nicer hotels around LA, but this one is my favorite. The location of the hotel is in a quiet, tree-lined, almost residential section of Westwood, close to the UCLA campus. Everything about this hotel i...

Many different facilities inside including a huge kitchen with fridge and cookers etc, and a tv room which played a different film every night. The rooms, although they were quite small for how many people had to f...

I stayted at Miyako hotel on November 9 and 10, 2007. The room was so clean and nice, though I missed lanai (Verandah) that most Hotels in Hawaii had. What made me surprised was "washlets" (Combined words of "wash" and "toilet"). Washlets is a bidet toilet that washes anus of the user by jet of wa...

I was quite impressed by this four-star hotel in the heart of LA. The deluxe room was huge! I could probably do 3 cartwheels across it if I tried. It was tastefully designed with soothing colors and modern, chic furniture. (Though I was confused with the 7 foot long cylindrical pillow (I think?)...

Since LA is so huge, you should decide which sites you want to see
before you book hotels. If you want to be near downtown LA, Venice
Beach, and Santa Monica, I recommend La Hacienda. It's near LAX and
it's the nicest hotel you'll be able to find in that area if you're
traveling on a budget. I b...

I guess the key thing that I need to remember when reviewing this Renaissance Hotel is that it is an airport hotel, and I have been staying at the hotel for extended periods of sometimes up to 10 days. The hotel is really designed to give people in transit staying, I suspect, for an average of...
