Lopud is a small island off the coast of Dalmatia, southern Croatia. Lopud is one of the Elaphiti Islands, and can be reached by short boat journey from Dubrovnik, Orasac, Zaton or any of the other Elaphiti islands.

It is small quiet island with a few hotels resturants and bars. It is a good place to come if you wanted to get away from busy streets in Dubrovnik.

There is local boat taxi that go often and take you to all Elaphiti for a cheap price

Today we woke up early. It was again hard to get out of the bed, mainly because I had to much drinks last night. Sleepy as we were we forgot to ask a picnic at the restaurant and so we boarded the 'ship' with a slightly lighter backpack than usual. The trip took us an hour, but we passed the time sunning on deck. Lopud is the second and middle-biggest island of the Elafiti group.
