Long House Alaskan Hotel Anchorage Reviews
Overestimated....... Aug 05, 2014
My cruise in Alaska started from Seward, so i choosed to stay a night, at the second nearest city-airport, Anchorage. Our flight from Seattle was late afteroon, so we landed before midnight on this small city. Immediatelly we catched a taxi and after few minutes we were front of the reception. To find a cheap hotel in Anchorage is very difficult and i don't know why....The price was disappointing (134,10us dollars) without taxes 12%...:(
Room was little big, but totally empty!
No furnitures or another kind of decoration...I believe that was and little dirty, with an awful floor. Wi fi is strong and the bathroom small.
The breakfast area is opposite from reception. Breakfast includes cereals, milk, tost, and generally is poor...I consider that this hotel is overestimated.
Τhe only positive point, was that i stayed at the most northern place I've visited in my travels, so this hotel - and the city of Anchorage of course- although of very moderate, won a special place in my heart!
A medal for me!
