Make sure not to miss the Aquarium of the Pacific (minimum 3 hours). Charter fishing is also dirt cheap out of downtown at Pierpont Landing. The Queen Mary. Whale watching. Public tram and aqua bus syatem is great. Southern California has all types of cool areas. Stayed in Long Beach for another ship visit but had a few days to check the pace out. Lovely harbour and steak houses, just make sure you tip the waiters or they go totally nuts with you (speaking from experience) ha ha

Road trip across the southwest US.

I went to this aquarium twice. I like it a lot. It's small, not the best. It is family and children oriented. Most of school children visit the aquarium from 11-2. But afterward, the aquarium is a nice little escape, just to hang around and do nothing!!!

This is my hometown, thought it would be fun to show a bit of The City of Angeles.

Our mini cruise from Long Beach to Catalina Island, San Diego, and Ensenada. She had a fantastic time and I had fun just watching her enjoying it all!!!
