these 3 lighthouses siit in and near the long beach harbor and are still used today and one as an outer marker as ships come and go. the 3 story monolithic structure rests on a base of 6 columns was designed to withstand earthquakes ans seismic tital waves,c in ompleted 1949 was never manned. the other two lighthouses are the Parker lighthouse restuarant and the lions lighthouse for sight. the parker is a great place to eat and has fantastic views of the long beach harbor
