Nice hotel and close by underground Mar 14, 2012
This hotel is a good and not that expencive hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The underground is about a 10 till 15 minutes walk. There are oystercard availibles at the underground you can put some money on it and you ca travel around with the undergroud. To me it is the best way to visit and explore londen. You can upgrate your caed at any underground station. We spend new years eve at the thames at the wheel. It was one of the best expierence I had. It such an amazing view when they shoot the firework from the eye and thames. Our hotel was a nice place to stay and the people were very friendly around there. The hotel room was good, two big beds and a good bathroom no complains about that. We did not spend much time at the hotel to busy exploring the highlights of london. Seeing harrods and don't forget to visit covent garden it is such a nice place to hangout. If you travel to this hotel and flying at Luton the best way to get to this hotel is with the shuttle bus you can buy a card at the airport and he will bring you in a our drive to baker street. There you take the underground, buy your card you can even get a 5 or 4 day card then you don't have to keep checking your amounth on your card and you can travel inside of londen as much as you like. You take the jubileen line to st john's wood. At the and of the road you will find your hotel. At a 15 minutes walk max. Good luck and have fun we did!!

Marriott Hotel - What a Lovely Stay! Nov 21, 2008
Stayed at the Marriott Hotel Regents Park. In my opinion, although the hotel is somewhat out of the city centre, it is stil ideally located, being a few minutes walk from the Swiss Cottage tube stop. Also close by is a leisure/sports centre. Wanted to try wall climbing but didn't have time.

Hotel lobby was nice, reception was quite warm; helpful and friendly staff. We got a twin bedroom, the room was fairly spacious. Nice comfy beds. The view was plain but very quiet - very residential so to speak. I still can't forget the space we had, it was ideal for all our shopping bags lol

Oh and bufet breakfast was awesome! Fantastic English Breakfast :)

I think the rates we got were a bit cheaper than their published rates (the beauty of booking with travel agents sometimes).

All in all, I found this hotel a very good one.
Big, comfy beds!
