Many visitors of Lombok come for diving.The reason is the high probability of seeing turtles,sharks,whale sharks and other spectacular species of marine life.until now scuba diving has mostly taking place on the Gilis in North Lombok.But actually there is another place to dive in East,South west and South Lombok and have found a colourful and lively underwater world.Place to dive in Lombok offer a great variety of dive sites for the experienced as well as for the beginning diver.

I spent 2days travelling around Lombok on a motorbike and given the opportunity, I would've given myself more time.This Island is BEAUTIFUL! The sceney-magnificent. It's much more chilled out than Bali. The people are just as friendly and the whole 2 days we only came across 1 other small group of tourists. Crusing on the motorbike with local Andi, and new friend Sam, the facial expressions we saw from people never seeing tourists before was unforgettable. I have never made so many heads turn.
